How does the waitlist work? +

When you sign up, you receive priority booking access 48 hours before we open to the general public, along with pre-launch rates available exclusively to waitlist members.

Are pets allowed at Casa Yuké? +

Yes, with advance notice and a refundable additional deposit. Pets are not permitted in the camping area.

Is there a generator or backup power? +

Yes. Casa Yuké has a backup generator for electrical service interruptions.

Is there Wi-Fi? +

Casa Yuké has broadband Wi-Fi. In the camping area signal is variable — we recommend treating it as a digital detox experience.

What is the cancellation policy? +

Can I visit the property before booking? +

At this time we do not offer in-person visits. Write to us at Haciendayuke@gmail.com with any specific questions.

Where is Hacienda Yuké and how do I get there? +

Location: Near El Yunque National Forest, Luquillo, Puerto Rico.

From San Juan Airport (SJU): Approximately 45 minutes by car via PR-3 toward Luquillo.

Connectivity: Wi-Fi at Casa Yuké · Variable mobile signal near the river. We'll send precise directions when you join the waitlist.

What should I bring for camping? +

We recommend bringing your own drinking water, insect repellent, a headlamp, and a vehicle with good road clearance. The camping area has shared bathroom facilities and a gazebo. Tent and bedding are not provided.
